Agreeing Details

This Agreement is entered into between Outside2Inside (“O2I”) and the above “Volunteer” on the following:

1) The volunteer at any time of his/her employment decides to resign from Outside2Inside, agrees to give notice of minimum of two weeks.

2) The volunteer agrees to send an official e-mail to the Volunteer’s manager and to the O2I board regarding his/her decision upon volunteer resignation.

3) The two weeks is calculated from the date of resignation e-mail sent to the O2I board.

4) The Volunteer Manager and O2I board will review the pending work/project/task and the volunteer is expected to follow up on the feedback and complete the work.

5) Depending on the nature of the project(s)/task(s) handled, the volunteer is expected to provide sufficient time which may exceed 2 weeks in some cases.

6) The volunteer agrees to be physically present in the office on all working days, to complete the given project(s)/task(s).

7) With situations like COVID pandemic, the volunteer need not be physically present in office on all working days but agrees to complete the given project(s)/task(s) remotely.

8) The volunteer agrees to return all the materials (laptop, mouse, charger, online account credentials, etc.) provided by Outside2Inside before leaving from Outside2Inside.
